In order to raise in rank from common position into that of elites.
Keeper - These are the caretakers of the grove and the advisors to the Grove Keeper. To obtain this rank you must do the following: Recruit, post events and carry them out, handle the grove's drama be it IC or OOC and finally help Yurion run the guild if he was ever absent. There will ever only be 3 keepers at most.
Grove Tender - One step below that of the keepers. These tenders are the trusted right hand of the keepers themselves and it falls to their duty to assist to help the keepers keep order within the grove and aid the grove members with any problems.To achieve this rank one needs to show promise both OOC and IC to achieve.

Grove Keeper:
The Grove Keeper is the head of the grove as his name indicates. He protects and leads it forward to forefill its purpose. He is the one the others keepers answers to and those below them. There has been other Grove Keepers in the past and the current one is: Yurion Staghorn.
Keeper:
The keepers are the caretakers of the grove. They help handling political and social situations as well as host meetings, events and training. They are the advisors to the Grove keeper and help him run the grove.
Grove Tender:
The Grove Tenders are the most trusted within the Grove besides from the Keepers; the Tenders are to aid and tend to the well-being of the Grove and it's kinship. When any of the Keepers are unavailable, the Grove Tenders are expected to step up and take over a brief leadership; in order for someone to advance to Grove Tender, they have to show all three Keepers that they are assets to the Grove and that they are able to care for others.
Druid:
The Druids is a backbone society to the Kaldorei society. The Druids restore and protects balance. They carry on many duties such as cleansing corruption and restoring the wild forests.
Thero'shan:
These are the students of the grove. They can variate from Druids to that of trainees of the sentrys. These are assigned to one of the mentors of the grove.
Devout:
These are the members of the sisterhood of Elune that has come to the aid of the grove in order to assist them in more political view on things. They are also there to aid the grove in their missions with the support of the sisterhood and the teachings of Elune.
Sentry:
The sentry is the groves soldiers. It can be from a young man picking up a sword and ready to fight for the grove to that of a skilled warden. Their duty is to ensure that any threat of the grove is neutralized.
